Many of the models we sell, even those that are not actual Limited Editions, are of non-specified limited production runs and consequently are usually in very high demand upon release, often to the extent of being completely pre-sold.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend using our deposit-free pre-order service.  You can then relax, safe in the knowledge that your chosen models have been reserved for you from our allocation and that the price you pre-ordered at is the price you will pay no matter how many times or by how much the manufacturer increases their price, guaranteed.

Pre-ordering your models is easy.  When browsing the models on our website simply click the 'Buy Now' button to place the models you require into your shopping cart, then complete your contact details along with registering your credit/debit card details in our secure checkout.  That's all there is to it, within a few minutes you will receive an email confirming your order and once your model is in stock, we will despatch it to you and only then will we debit your chosen payment card.

Please Note:  We recommend that Pre-Orders are not combined on the same order as 'In Stock' models.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• We do not require any payment at the time of pre-ordering.  All we need is for you to register your credit/debit cards details with us, no payment will be collected until your model is in stock.  We regret we can not accept PayPal as payment in advance for pre-orders.
• We guarantee no price increases on all pre-orders (excluding shipping charges), the price a model is advertised at on our website on the day you pre-order it, is the price you will pay no matter how many times or by how much the manufacturer increases their price.
• Quoted release dates are provided by the manufactures, they are not confirmed dates nor promises and usually change several times before a model is released.  This is completely beyond our control and we will not be held responsible for any delays.  However, we will do our best to keep you informed of major changes.
• Very occasionally, manufacturers may reduce their production quotas for a model and thus also reduce our allocation of that model.  In such rare circumstances we will always seek to fulfil our customers pre-orders, but regrettably may have to reduce or cancel some orders.
• Shipping charges quoted on your pre-order invoice are based on all models on that invoice being shipped together.  If you choose to have your models despatched as soon as they are in stock, shipping will be charged at the appropriate rate applicable at the time of despatch.
• Where you have requested that your model is not to be despatched immediately it is in stock, ie: whilst waiting for other models on your order to be released, we shall charge a 50% deposit until such time as the model is despatched.  When your model is ready to despatch, the balance due will be charged.
• If you no longer wish to receive your models, it would be appreciated if you could let us know as soon as possible.  We do reserve the right to charge customers an administration fee on orders cancelled prior to despatch.  This amount will be 25% of our current selling price of the model cancelled, subject to a minimum of  £5.00 and a maximum of £25.00.
• FINALLY: Please let us know if any of your contact or payment details change before your order is fulfilled.
