Yes, you may return any model, at your expense, within 14 days for a no quibble refund. All we ask is that the model arrives back here in the same condition that it left. Please do contact us before making any returns. |
My model arrived damaged, what should I do?
Naturally we want you to receive your model in pristine condition, but some models are very delicate and despite our best efforts may become damaged in transit. We will be happy to exchange, subject to availability, or refund against any damaged models. Further details can be found on the reverse of your sales receipt, but please do contact us before making any returns. |
I've returned a model, when and how will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your model and checked to ensure it is in the condition we expected, we will process your refund the next working day. This will be done by the same method in which you paid. However, the time your refund takes be applied to your account will may take several days depending on the financial institution used. |
