How often is your website updated?
Keeping the information on our website up to date is an ongoing task. Most days we perform a full update of our site with minor u[updates often being carried out in between.

Which credit/debit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa Credit, Mastercard, JCB, Visa Debit (Delta), Maestro (UK), Switch, Solo and Visa Electron.

Will my details be secure when I order off your website?
Yes. Our Shopping Cart and Checkout is hosted by RomanCart and uses 128-bit SSL security. You will notice that as soon as you go to the checkout page, the address in the web address bar changes to https://secure.romancart.com/..... and the padlock icon appears in your browser.
Your payment details are also fully protected by the relevant payment processor, be that Barclays ePDQ for credit/debit cards or PayPal.
None of these companies pass your card details onto us, so your details will not be stored on our computer system.

I've seen a model I would like, do I have to order it through your website?
No, if you prefer to order by phone or post that’s no problem. However, if ordering by post, please do call us first to reserve your models to avoid the disappointment of them going out of stock before your payment arrives.
