DELIVERY

We understand how you would like to receive your models as quickly as possible and for that reason, orders received before 1pm (UK local time) Monday - Friday will be despatched the very same day.  Orders received after 1pm and at weekends will be despatched the next working day. If in the event we are out of stock of an item we will contact you by phone or email as soon as we can.

Quoted delivery times are provided by the Royal Mail, but, with the exception of Special Delivery, cannot be guaranteed (particularly in the weeks prior to Christmas) and should be used for guidance only. We cannot accept any liability whether direct or consequential for delayed deliveries.

Delivery Charges - International

A weight based system is used for shipping to all overseas addresses.  Simply add your required models to the shopping cart and the shipping cost will be automatically calculated for you when models are added or removed.  As a rough guide, approximate international delivery charges by airmail are as follows:

RETURNS

14 Day Money Back Guarantee (not applicable to business customers)

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. But if you are not, you can cancel your purchase at any time either before despatch or within 14 days after receipt.

• Prior To Despatch.  If you wish to cancel an order prior to despatch, then you must notify us via email or letter as soon as you can after placing your order.  If your order has already been despatched, it is the buyers responsibility to exercise a duty of reasonable care of the goods once received and to ensure that they are returned to us at the buyers expense under the Distance Selling Regulations.

• Upon Receipt.  If you wish to cancel an order after delivery of your goods, then you must notify us via email or letter within 14 days of receipt of your goods.  It is the buyers responsibility to exercise a duty of reasonable care of the goods and to ensure that they are returned to us at the buyers expense under the Distance Selling Regulations.

We will take action against any breach of your statutory duty of reasonable care of the goods returned.  Such breaches may include but are not limited to the unnecessary opening of the goods, damage to the goods, incomplete goods.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of the order being cancelled.

Return of Faulty Goods Within 28 Days

Where a fault occurs within 28 days (14 days for business customers) of delivery, we will offer either a replacement for an identical item, an item of similar value, or a full refund.

• You must notify us via email or telephone or letter before making any returns.
• This guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
• Where goods are refunded due to a fault or other defect, we will refund delivery charges and cover the cost of return.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of the order being cancelled.

Damages/Losses In Transit

• Damaged in Transit.  Claims for damages sustained in transit should be made to ourselves in writing upon the goods arriving.
• Lost in Transit.  If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 7 days of the date of dispatch, please notify us immediately via email or telephone of the problem.

The foregoing in no way affects your Statutory Rights and all goods offered by the company will meet the obligations under consumer protection laws including: The Sale of Goods Act 1979, The Supply of Goods & Services Act 1982, The consumer Credit Act 1974, The Trade Descriptions Act 1968, The Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the 1999 Regulations, The Consumer Protection Act 1977, The Data Protection Act 1998, The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (amended 2005).
